Community Invited to Celebrate Improvements at Cody Regional Health Long Term Care Center

Cody Regional Health and the Cody Regional Health Foundation invite
the community to an open house on Monday, June 29, from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. at the
Long Term Care Center to celebrate the successful completion of the Living Made
Lovely fundraising campaign.

Led by the Cody Regional Health Foundation, the campaign raised $125,000 to enhance resident living spaces with new wardrobes and bedside tables in every resident room at the Long Term Care Center. The project was made possible through the generosity of community donors, including a significant anonymous matching gift.

The campaign was designed to improve comfort, functionality and quality of life for
residents while creating a more welcoming environment for families and visitors. The new furnishings reflect a shared commitment to supporting residents with dignity, comfort and person-centered care.

The open house will include a brief program and Cody Country Chamber ribbon-cutting ceremony at 4 p.m. Attendees will have the opportunity to meet new Long Term Care Center Administrator Joe Cunliffe and tour a newly furnished resident room. Guests may also visit the greenhouse and garden beds that were also funded through support from the Cody Regional Health Foundation.

“We are thrilled by the community support that made this project possible,” said Heather Stambaugh, Director of the Cody Regional Health Foundation. “We look forward to celebrating with everyone and sharing these improvements that will enhance the quality of life for our residents.”

“These improvements may seem simple, but they make a meaningful difference in
residents’ everyday lives,” said Joe Cunliffe, administrator of the Cody Regional Health Long Term Care Center. “We are grateful to the Foundation and the many donors whose support helps create an environment that feels more like home for the people who live here.”

Community members are encouraged to attend and see firsthand how donor support has helped create a more comfortable and welcoming environment for Long Term Care Center residents.
