Jona Harris, the new executive director of the Park County Animal Shelter, spoke about the challenges of fundraising, staffing, and the role she will play as the new leader of the animal shelter. As a native of Cody, she knows all about how to serve the community and says she has a “giving heart” as she has been involved with and even started her own 501c3.
