The Cody Cubs Baseball team has officially released the 2023 season scheduled. The Cubs are schedule to begin their title defense on Saturday with a double header. Whether those games are home or away is TBD.
The Cubs official home opener is scheduled for Saturday May 6th. It’s a double header vs. Miles City with first pitch at 1pm.
A new wrinkle for Cubs baseball this year, is the addition of Lander into the Northwest “A Conference.
The Cubs first conference game will be against Lander. Those games are scheduled for Thursday June 1st.
They head up to Three Forks, Montana for the annual GVO Tourney the weekend of June 9th through the 11th.
The Cubs will welcome the World back to Cody once again as they play host to the International Colts, the week of June 19th through the 26th.,
The Cubs first meeting with their Park County Rivals, in a conference setting, takes place on Wednesday June 14th in Powell.
The District Tournament is scheduled for July 19th through the 21st in Lovell.
The State Tournament is July 26th through 30th at Sheridan.
All of Cody’s baseball games, except for the first four (I’ll be on vacation the 22nd through 31st), will air live on KODI. Pregame hits the airwaves 20 minutes prior to first pitch.
