Wrestling season, in the Cowboy state, is in full force. Today, we’re taking a look at a Cody Filly who is blazing a trail. Ashton Hubbs is the lone girl on the Cody Wrestling team and she’s been nothing short of dominant in her first year on the mats, at the high school level. She has won all but 2 events she’s competed in. Her only losses are to a Montana girl and to Class 4A foe, Kelly Walsh. I had the pleasure of catching up with Ashton who gives her take on the season up to this point.
Ashton Hubbs and the Cody wrestling team is back in action this Thursday and Friday for a pair of home duals.
