Sabine Oexmann-Born started 307 Happy Dog because she loves animals and teaching people how to be better dog owners. Trained in many types of canine behavior, Sabine shares her philosophy on dog training and answers the question, “Is there such a thing as a BAD dog?” She moved here in 2017 from Billings, Montana, but has been all over the world, getting her education and working on cruise ships that has taken her from the fjords of Scandinavia to the Mediterranean. Originally born in Hamburg, Germany, Sabine has always had a passion for animals, especially horses and dogs, and the wide open spaces of the Mountain West.
