The Shrine Bowl Rosters are set.
The 50th annual Wyoming Shrine Bowl All-Star Football game has finalized it’s rosters and coaching staffs for the upcoming contest this summer.
The game will take place Saturday June 10th at Harry Geldien Stadium in Casper.
Let’s take a look at which Cody and area players occupy the North Roaster, coached up by Kirk McLaughlin.
Selected to represent Cody are: Remy Broussard, Jace Grant, Matt Nelson and Luke Talich.
Other area athletes selected for the North Team include:
From Lovell- Ben Nichols, Preston Nichols and Connor Strom
From Rocky Mountain- Nate Minemyer
From Shoshoni- Pehton Truempler
And from Worland- Brock Douzenis and Kade Weber
Cody’s Defensive Coordinator Jim Talich has been selected as one of the assistants on the staff along with former Powell Head Coach and current Kelly Walsh assistant Aaron Papich.
According to Frank Selby, Wyoming Shrine Bowl Executive Director, in a release he states:
we are very excited for this game, as we celebrate 50 years of Wyoming Shrine Bowl. We welcome Wyoming Shrine Bowl alumni (coaches, managers, trainers, players, officials, etc.) to reach out to us so we may include as many as possible in our 50th Anniversary Communications.
