Make your holiday season special with an authentic Wyoming Christmas tree.
Tree permits for the Shoshone National Forest will be available beginning next Monday, November 18th. Each $8 permit is good for one personal Christmas tree, so long as its less than 20 feet tall with a trunk diameter less than six inches. The permit is good until the end of the calendar year when it is purchased. Fourth graders are eligible for a free permit with their Every Kid Outdoors pass!
Make sure you have all your paperwork in place! You must have a hard copy of your permit when you go to the forest and find your Yuletide tree.
