Northwest soccer was on the road Wednesday in what ended up being an unsuccessful trip. The men went to Laramie County Community College in Cheyenne while the Lady Trappers made a short trip to Riverton to battle Central Wyoming College.
The guys would fall to Laramie County, when a shot in the 82nd minute would seal the deal. Northwest would only have nine shots on the goal while the Golden Eagles would have 23 shots on goal with one being successful. The Trappers would fall 1-0 and now have a record of (4-3).
They will take on Casper next week to wrap up the season and stay on pace to be in the Region 9 tournament.
The Lady trappers lost to Central Wyoming College today 2-0. The Lady Rustlers would score one point in each half of the game to give them the victory. The Lady Trappers will also make the trip down to Casper to face Casper College. The Lady Trappers are (1-9) and are sitting 8th in the Region 9 standings.
