STARTING FIRST WITH A LOOK AT CLASS 3A. THE WORLAND WARRIORS ARE ONCE AGAIN A UNANIMOUS CHOICE FOR THE TOP SPOT IN 3A. THE WARRIORS HAVE NOT LOST A GAME ALL SEASON. THEY HAVE ONE GAME LEFT TO PLAY AND THAT IS FRIDAY NIGHT WHEN THEY HOST THE NUMBER 2 TEAM IN 3A, LANDER. WITH A WIN THE WARRIORS WOULD FINISH THE REGULAR SEASON UNDEFEATED AND HEAD INTO THE REGIONAL TOURNAMENT WITH THE QUADRANT’S NUMBER 1 SEED. AGAIN, LANDER IS NUMBER 2 SEED WITH MOUNTAIN VIEW TAKING OVER THE THIRD SPOT. WHEATLAND IS FOUR FOLLOWED BY BUFFALO.
IN CLASS 4A, CHEYENNE CENTRAL REMAINS UPTOP THE RANKINGS ONCE AGAIN WITH EAST NUMBER 2. THUNDER BASIN JUMPS UP TO THE THIRD SPOT WHICH PUSHES SHERIDAN TO NUMBER 4 AND STAR VALLEY SITS AT FIVE.
THIS IS THE FINAL RANKINGS FOR CLASS 2A/1A AS THEY BEGIN REGIONAL TOURNAMENT PLAY THIS WEEK.
IN CLASS 2A, WYOMING INDIAN ENDS THE REGULAR SEASON AS THE TOP TEAM IN THE CLASS. ROCKY MOUNTAIN HOLDS ONTO NUMBER 2. THOSE TWO TEAMS WILL REPRESENT THE WEST REGIONAL TOURNAMENT AS THE TOP SEEDS IN THEIR RESPECTIVE CONFERENCES. PINE BLUFFS COMES IN AT NUMBER 3 WITH SUNDANCE FOUR AND BIG HORN FIVE.
