The Lady Warrior Swim team received Sportsmanship Awards for both the Lander Relay’s and the Bruce Gresly Pentathlon.
Sophomore Swimmer Erika Manahan won a Sportsmanship Award for the Lander Relay’s.
Freshman Swimmer McKenna Burns won a Sportsmanship Award for the Bruce Gresly Pentathlon.
Senior Kelli Frimmel finished 10th in the Bruce Gresly Pentathlon.
Three swimmers qualified for State. Senior Kelli Frimmel for the 100 Fly, Freshman McKenna Burns for the 100 Fly, and Freshman Shae Whitlock for the 100 Breaststroke.
The Lander Valley Lady Tigers won the Lander Relay’s with a score of 391. Kemmerer finished second with a 232, and Worland 3rd with a 216. Six teams competed in the Relay’s : Lander, Worland, Kemmerer, New Castle, Riverton, and Sublette County.
The Bruce Gresly Pentathlon, which each swimmer competes in five events was won by Tara Joyce of Cody. Ten teams were in the event : Lander, Worland, Cody, Buffalo, Jackson, Kemmerer, New Castle, Powell, Riverton, and Sublette County.
