The Lady Warriors finish the regular season with a 4-16 overall record and a 1-5 conference record.
Friday Night was Senior Night and the Lady Warriors would celebrate Reece Sanford.
In Warrior Gymnasium, the Lady Warriors played Host to the Wyoming 3A Girls Basketball number 2 ranked Buffalo Lady Bison.
Buffalo was 15-3 coming into the final weekend.
Worland trailed after the first period as the Lady Bison were on a scoring run that the Lady Warriors had difficulty slowing down, 18-5 to finish the first.
The Lady Warriors were able to get some offense going in the 1st half with 3-pointers from Adisyn Rollins, Nayelli Aguayo, and Yahaira Aguayo with 2 beyond the arch.
Unfortunately, the Lady Bison were still on a scoring clip the Lady Warriors couldn’t keep up with scoring 21 more points in the 2nd period, ending the half 36-15.
In the second half, the Lady Bison were still piling on points scoring another 18 in the 3rd period.
The Lady Warriors were able to score 14 of their own and under any of the circumstances that would have closed the gap.
The 3rd period ended with a 54-29 Buffalo lead.
In the final period, Buffalo added 14 more points to the Lady Warrior’s 8.
The final score was 68-37, Four Lady Bison scored double digits with Tess Rule leading the way with 19 points.
Nayelli Aguayo led the Lady Warriors with 12 points followed by Adisyn Rollins with 9 and Yahaira Aguayo with 8.
