The Cody Fillies Cross Country team repeats as Class 3A Girls’ Team State Champions in 2020. They held off Buffalo by three points
The Fillies were led by Riley Smith, who finished 3rd with a time of 20:02. Ava Stafford finished 4th with a time of 20:14.
This marks the Fillies 4th team championship in the last decade. That’s the most in that span.
As for the Broncs, they would finish in 5th place and were led by Wyatt Becker who would finish 9th with a time of 17:42.
Lander would win the team title.
