LOOKING AT TOP PERFORMERS:

CODY’S RILEY SMITH RAN THE TOP TIME IN THE 1600-METER PRELIMS WITH A TIME OF 5:06. IN THE 1600-METER RUN FINAL SHE WOULD TAKE FOURTH. CODY’S GRACE SHAFFER WOULD FINISH 9TH IN THE POLE VAULT AT 11 FEET 3 INCHES.

MEANWHILE, LOVELL’S QUINN LINDSAY PLACED 5TH IN THE BOYS’ WEIGHT THROW. HIS TOSS OF 60 FT, 1.5 INCHES IS THE LONGEST BY A WYOMING HS THROWER. RAWLINS’ SYDNEY THORVALDSON SET A NEW RECORD IN JTHE 3200-METER RUN WITH A TIME OF 10 MINUTES AND 6 SECONDS.
