THE CODY INDOOR TRACK TEAMS WERE IN GILLETTE OVER THE WEEKEND TAKING PART IN THEIR STATE TOURNAMENT.

AS A TEAM THE CODY FILLIES WOULD FINISH IN 6TH PLACE WITH THE BRONCS FINISHING 15TH.

LEADING THE WAY FOR THE FILLIES WERE THE 1600 SPRINT MEDLEY TEAM OF ELAINE SEIBERT, GRACE SHAFFER, HOLLY SPIERING AND RILEY SMITH WHO SET A NEW INDOOR TRACK RECORD OF 4:16.66, BEATING THE OLD MARK OF 4:18.51 BY SHERIDAN SET IN 2019.

RILEY SMITH ALSO TOOK HOME SECOND PLACE FINISHES IN BOTH THE 800 AND 1600 METER RUNS WITH TEAMMATE GRACE SHAFFER WINNING THE POLE VAULT.

AS FOR THE CODY ALPINE SKI TEAMS THEY WERE IN JACKSON OVER THE WEEKEND PARTICIPATING IN THEIR STATE TOURNAMENT. FOR THE FILLIES THEY WOULD FINISH IN 2ND PLACE BEHIND JACKSON WHILE THE BRONCS CAME IN THIRD PLACE.

LEADING SKIERS FOR THE FILLIES WAS NICOLE WAGLER WHO WAS A TOP-TEN PLACER IN BOTH THE SLALOM AND GIANT SLALOM.

FOR THE BRONCS, STERLING BANKS LED THE WAY FINISHING INT THE TOP TEN IN BOTH THE SLALOM AND GIANT SLALOM.
