Tonight’s Cody vs. Natrona Basketball games have been cancelled due to road closures. Again, tonight’s double header between Cody basketball and Natrona County has been cancelled.
Prior to the contests I caught up with Jessa Lynn and Robby Porter for a little insight and those interviews are still available.
And with that let’s take a look at the rest of the Cody High Sports teams that will be back in action this weekend.
The Cody Wrestling teams will travel back up to the Treasure state as they take part in the Miles City Invitational today and tomorrow.
The Cody Bronc Swim team makes the trek over to Worland today and tomorrow for a pair of meets.
Nordic Ski team will be in Lander all weekend for a couple of events. Downhill skiers are off this weekend.
And last but not least the Cody Indoor track teams make their season debut on Saturday. Both teams will be in Casper, taking part in the Casper Natrona Invite.
And Wyo Wrestling, Wyoming source for high school wrestling in the cowboy state have released their first ever girls wrestling rankings.
Going to take a look at which Cody and area girls wrestlers made the inaugural rankings.
We’ll start off with Cody as they have one female grappler, Ashton Hubbs, who has performed incredibly to start the season. She is the top ranked girl at 170 pounds.

At 115, Charlotte Bair of Lovell, is 4th.
At 125, Yessenia Teague of Powell, is 2nd.
At 130, Rylee Anderson of Worland, is 7th.
At 140, Danika Crumrine of Lovell, is 2nd.
At 145, Lecsi Ramirez of Worland is 5th.
At 155, Kailey Allen of Thermopolis, is 3rd.
At 190, is Tera Kraushaar of Thermopolis, is 5th.
