Cody and Area Soccer Athletes Garner All-State Accolades

In addition, the Wyoming Coaches Association has released the All-State Award winners for Class 3A and 4A Soccer.

WCA member coaches nominate and vote for All-State Awards. To earn All-State one must be voted 1st Team All-Conference.

And now let’s take a look at the Cody and area athletes to garner the prestigious accolade.

We’ll start with a look at the Cody Fillies who had 6 players earn All-State, they are:

At Forward- Ally Boysen

Midfield- Aspen Kalkowski, Jessa Lynn, Kennedi Niemann

Defender- Reece Niemann and Ellie Talich.

Boysen, Lynn and Reece Niemann have earned All-State 3 years in a row.

In addition, Boysen was voted the Senior Class Player of the Year, in 3A.

The Cody Broncs to garner All-State Accolades include:

Midfielder- Matt Nelson

Defender- Remy Broussard 

As for the area athletes to garner the accolade:

On the girls side:

Powell’s Coy Erickson and Ivy Agee both earned All-State.

As did Worland’s Rivers Carrel, Peyton Erleneaugh, Emma Hunt and Mackenzie Ray.

On the boys side:

From Powell- Holden Cooper, Chance Franks, Jacob Orr and Steven Stambaugh.

From Worland- Trae Bennett, Carter Clark, Court Consalez and Kade Weber.
