Chip sealing is scheduled this week on a portion of U.S. 14/16/20 west of Cody, according to Wyoming Department of Transportation District 5 public relations specialist Cody Beers.
Beers discussed the work Tuesday morning on KODI’s “Speak Your Piece with Darian Dudrick.”
Crews will be working from the city limits (near Stampede Park), through the tunnels, to Buffalo Bill State Park. Delays and reduced speed limits can be expected during the project, which should be concluded this week, weather permitting, Beers added.
Among other topics discussed during the show was the State Transportation Improvement Program (STIP) meeting slated for 1:15 p.m. Tuesday, July 13, in the County Commission Chambers at the Park County Courthouse. The public is encouraged to attend.
