The Cody Cubs head over South Pass to Green River for the 2024 Wyoming American Legion West District Class A tournament.
The tournament had Cody, the North number 1 seed, playing Saratoga, the South number 4 seed, on Friday at 4 p.m.
Saratoga has dropped out of the tournament and Cody will now receive a bye in the opening round.
The Cub’s first tournament game will be Saturday at 7 p.m. against the Green River/Lovell match-up winner.
The West District tournament will start on Friday, July 18th with the Evanston Outlaws (South 1 Seed) will face the Riverton Raiders (North 4 Seed) at 10:00 a.m. at Stratton Myers Park.
All games will be played at Stratton Myers Park.
Game 2 will be the Powell Pioneers (North 2 Seed) vs the Rawlins Bandits (South 3 Seed) at 1:00 p.m.
Game 3 will be a bye for the Cody Cubs.
Game 4 will be the Green River Knights (South 2 Seed) vs the Lovell Mustangs (North 3 Seed) at 7:00 p.m.
Saturday’s games will begin at 10:00 a.m. with the loser’s brackets starting the day.
