Lander is the 2 seed with a win over Buffalo. Lander has already qualified for the playoffs.
Douglas is the 3 seed with a win over Torrington and a Lander win over Buffalo
Buffalo is the 4 seed with a loss to Lander and a Douglas win over Torrington.
Other scenarios are possible if 3 teams tie for the final 2 spots.
Wyoming 3A West:
All 4 spots in the West are claimed. Star Valley, Cody, Jackson, and Green River are all in.
