The Northwest College men’s and women’s rodeo teams are off and running this spring.
The teams competed in the Montana State Spring Rodeo in Bozeman, Montana April 8th-11th and the Miles Community College Spring Rodeo in Miles City, Montana April 15th-16th.
Today a look at the Big Sky Rgion Standings and where Northwest College sits as of April 19th.
The Northwest College men’s team currently stands in 3rd place out of seven teams with the women’s team in 5th place.
Men’s All-around: Sterling Rogers is in 6th place while Bruin Bradshaw is in 7th.
Saddle Bronc Riding: Cody Weeks is in 2nd with Cole Biggers 7th.
Bareback Riding: Bruin Bradshaw is in 4th with Sterling Rogers 5th.
Bull Riding: Six Northwest College athletes crack the top ten here. Staerling Rogers is 2nd followed by Austin Herrera, Cameron Plaisted and Bruin Bradshaw 3rd through 5th, respectively. Bo Howell is 7th with Justin Ketzenberg 9th.
Steer Wrestling: Paden Woolstenhulme is 9th with Bruin Bradshaw tied for 15th.
Team Roping Header: Paden Woolstenhulme is 15th.
Team Roping Heeler: Hagen Wallace is 13th.
Barrel Racing: Hailey Davis is 15th.
The Northwest College Rodeo teams will be on the road to Great Falls, Montana April 23rd-24th to compete in the University of Providence Spring Rodeo.
