The Cody High School standout and Notre Dame Fighting Irish Football player Luke Talich is out the remainder of the season.
Talich is a Preferred Walk-on at Notre Dame and has gotten playing time against Tennessee State, Central Michigan, Ohio State, Duke, Lousiville, USC, Pittsburgh, and Clemson.
Luke was featured on a segment on ESPN’s “Get UP”
During a practice session Luke broke his collar bone diving for an interception according to Mom Jen Talich ” 3 days and a year later!” from when he broke his collar bone previously.
The former Cody Bronc has had successful surgery by the Notre Dame Doctor’s and the schools training staff will manage his rehabilitation.
Luke is expected a full recovery and able to get back on the field this spring.
