Lady Warriors Soccer Score Double Digits

For the first time ever Playing for Hope was added to the soccer season. The Lady Warriors wore pink jerseys and would be sponsored by donations from local businesses and individuals.

What a day for the event. Weather was outstanding and the girl’s were playing extremely well.

Worland was 4-2 on the season and coming off a 6-1 loss Tuesday to the Cody Fillies.

Head Girl’s Soccer Coach Danielle Warren felt that the Cody game was an aberration. ” We are hoping it was a one time thing, something that we can fix.”

Fix it they did. Freshman Nayelli Aguayo ,with an Assist from Senior Captain Kylie Warren, would score her first of 3 goals in :37 seconds to start the game.

Aguayo finished with 3 goals and an assist. Warren with 2 goals and 2 assist Morgan Wagner with a goal and an assist. Carley Yule with a goal and an assist. Carly Venable, Yahaira Aguayo, and Peyton Erlenbaugh each with goals. Senior Captain Logan Yule with an assist.

The Lady Warriors held Lyman with zero shots on goal. Worland finished with 30 shots on goal.
