Garth Brooks Producing and Narrating a TV Show About Wyoming’s World Famous Bear

National Geographic’s second season of “America’s National Parks” will focus on the infamous Wyoming bear Grizzly 399 and her life in Grand Teton National Park. The executive producer and narrator of the series is none other than country music superstar, Garth Brooks.

The “Friends in Low Places” singer will be showcasing the fascinating life of Grizzly 399, who recently made her debut with her new cub, making her the oldest known wild grizzly mother.

The first episode highlights Grizzly 399 and her new bear cub, which you can preview in the National Geographic Facebook trailer for the episode here.

“The most famous bear in North America. Meet 399. This is no ordinary bear. At 26 years old, she is the grandmother of Grand Teton,” says Brooks in the promo trailer.

Season two of the series kicks off tonight at 9/8c on National Geographic channel, but the entire season can be streamed beginning Wednesday on Disney+.
