The Cody City Council had their regular meeting at the City of Cody Council Chambers Tuesday night at 7PM.
Business items at the Cody City Council meeting included:
First Reading of an Ordinance to Rezone Lots 1-12 and the N 55′ of Lots 15-16 of Block 14 from R-3 Medium Density Residential to D-2 General Business and this was approved unanimously.
A Standard agreement between the City of Cody and Morrison-Maierle, Inc. for the Belfry Bridge Boat Ramp Project and this was approved unanimously.
Cooperative Agreement No. 71577 between the Wyoming Department of Transportation and the City of Cody for the East Sheridan Avenue Improvements Project using Urban Systems Funding and this was approved unanimously.
A state revolving Fund DW294 Loan Agreement for the Lead Service Line Investigation Project and this was approved unanimously. Mayor Reiter also encouraged citizens to fill out the postcards that were sent out to the public to do a self-inspection for lead water pipes in Cody. Final Inventory is needed in October of 2027.
The Cody City Council then concluded their public meeting and entered into an executive session.
