The Cody Broncs started the 2023-2024 Wyoming High School Basketball season with a 1-4 record.
With wins over Big Horn Basin opponents, the Broncs get their record to 3-4 heading into 4A play.
The Broncs went to Worland Thursday and would get a 45-41 win over the Wyoming 3A Defending State Champion Warriors.
Senior Jace Jarrett led the team in scoring with 17.
The next night at Sweitzer Gymnasium the Broncs would host the number 4 ranked 3A Basketball Lovell Bulldogs who were 7-1 coming into Friday’s game.
Cody would hold court and go wire to wire with the lead and the win 54-38 over Lovell.
Junior Chase Hatch finished with 20 points for the Broncs.
